How to fix messenger error code 80072ee2

This afternoon I could not log in to my messenger for no reasons.
I forgot that I might opened the windows live web page and got some offline message from one of my friends. I might did something wrong on that page but did not recognize it.
I have searched for the solution and found it here.

Finally this solved my problem.
I could log in to messenger again.

I don't know why we are still using messenger while we can do better using skype.
(only one good reason may be that messenger has emoticons while skype have not.

MSVCR71.DLL is missing [Problem Solved]

Symptom:
Today I got an error message from windows while I attempted to open MATLAB program. The opening of MATLAB was failed and it said that MSVCR71.DLL file is missing.

Solution:
Get the missing file here
Unzip the file and put the file in \\windows\system32
